Research on cogging force suppression for toroidal PMLSM based on disturbance observer

چکیده

For a new type of toroidal permanent magnet linear motor(TPMLSM), this paper analyzes the thrust fluctuation in constant acceleration operation motor from Angle cogging force motor. whose structure has been determined and processed, structural parameters cannot be changed, its performance improved perspective body. Therefore, tries to consider influence on normal control. In paper, starting body motor, first annular characteristics were extracted, expression is obtained by Fourier decomposition, then investigated considering does not control model, it can seen that deteriorates significantly after increases during On basis, disturbance observation algorithm introduced, feedforward compensation carried out extracting characteristic values model. The results show observer suppress caused large extent, reduce peak-to-peak value more than 85% operation.
